This week we are celebrating random acts of kindness. Today some of the students decided to surprise Elise with a birthday cake for her 13th birthday! There may have been the odd tear!

Ginger bread houses

This week we have all been very busy exploring opportunities in other classes. Our specialized programme weeks are always popular with the students. Sarah, Courtney and Connor got to make ginger bread houses with Ms J! 

Measurement Cake

Today in Room 4 we spent time exploring measurement...via cakes.

The students had to measure ingredients, weigh, and convert grams to mls. Then when the cake was set, they had to measure the cake evenly so everyone in their groups got the same amount. 

Lots of great transference of skills today in Rm 4! We'll done team!

Technology challenge
