Thanks Easiyo

We have been fortunate to recently add some very cool stuff to our class to further enhance our learning experiences.

Thanks to easiyo we have added a 99cm TV and an Apple TV box to our classroom. Already this week we have used them both to enhance our maths, learn French, watch many YouTube movies in particular a moving video about Iqbal, a 12 year old freedom fighter, film our semi finalists in our speech competition run them through the TV  for feedback purposes  and and many other things.

Bhaven gets his bronze koru!

Well done Bhaven.

Gabrielle wins First Place in the The New Zealand Association for Gifted Children photo competition, Intermediate Section.

This picture was entered into a competition through the Tall Poppies Magazine, with a theme of The Face Of ... I choose the face of 2250 when I thought the ozone layer would have a bigger hole than it does now. I thought the sun would be shining so bright that people would have to wear protective gear and so hot that their skin would peel almost instantly. I wanted to capture the light and some scenery reflecting of the goggles. I used PVA glue to add some peeling effect and add some texture to the photo.
