Chocolate coated Peanut Butter Balls.

1 cup rice bubbles
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut
2-3 tablespoons soft butter.
Kremelta


Mix the above together until at soft ball stage. Roll into small balls and cool in the fridge for a short time. (if the mixture is a bit crumbly, add more peanut butter)

Melt chocolate and a small amount of Kremetla until runny, dip peanut butter balls into this and place onto baking paper until set.


This is a roundabout recipe. Not exact at all. A kind of throw it in the bowl type of thing! ;o)
